As a personal trainer….I know all about the correct form & technique to perform squats, deadlifts, and PUSH UPS…..damn, how I love a perfect push up! I know about heart rate zones and calorie expenditure….

But what I truly care about……what truly lights me up is when I JUST move my body…when I am
called to go for run, because I want to feel my heart pound, my legs move, and the exhilaration of letting all of my stress leave my body, step after step. Somedays…my body wants to do a little yoga, stretch, or take our chocolate lab, Benelli for a walk.

I am a trainer, who will guide you to find what ‘moves’ you …literally and figuretively. I want you to look forward to getting sweaty, going for a walk or hike in nature and strengthening all of your muslces in your body!



Individual Personal Training

Reel Life Fitness offers Individual VIRTUAL training and in person action. Each package will include a fitness evaluation as a method of tracking improvement in your muscular strength,  and your cardiovascular strength AND endurance.  

WE will explore what is holding you back from creating an active lifestyle, and discover how to listen to you body….

The focus of the workouts will include personalized program based on your fitness assessment, and utilizing functional exercises to support every day movements that you LOVE and WANT to do!!

Personal Training is more than 1:1 training sessoins, it is the coaching, knowledge, and guidance from ME, that makes the difference to help you lead the life you want to live!
